Payment

A creditline is only possible for general cargo and under specific conditions and after specific arrangments. Otherwise, consignments must be paid prior to departure. Only Euro's are accepted.

1Payment can be effectuated in Cash, by Pin or Credit Card
- at our Service desk
- in our Warehouse "Vrachtcentrum Particulieren".
 
2If goods are picked up you will receive our invoice and payment instructions by email. Note: the final amount will be established after the goods have been weighed and measured by WBS. If picked up this will be the next working day around midday. You cannot pay the driver at the time of collection. Payment must be in our account before delivery to the actual carrier. Therefore make a proper planning!
 
 aBy bank/giro direct into our account at ABN/AMRO bank. Note that a normal transfer may take several days!
 bMuch quicker is to pay in cash direct into our account at any ABN/AMRO branch office and fax the payment slip to 020-653 0986.
 cBy giving your Credit Card details through a secured web-connection. WBS will ask authorisation per instruction. (To keep costs down, maximum amount is Euro 500,00; if higher, please ask us).
 
3Organisations and Companies that relocate personnel or employees to international destinations can open an account at WBS. For information contact ops@baggage.nl.
